When that jolly old elf trades in his reindeer for a luxury motorcoach, you know it’s a very special time of year!
Quality Assurance Travel is about to take you on the ride of your life You’ll dazzle your family, friends or employees with the dazzling lights on your holiday bus trip of San Francisco.
And no one knows how to get you into the holiday spirit better than we do. In fact, we know the holiday light route almost as well as the elf himself.
Your trip kicks off at 4:00 p.m. at San Francisco’s historic Embarcadero Center…
…but you may want to get there early to experience Embarcadero in all its holiday splendor—the shops, restaurants and ice skating rink are all decked out for the season.
At 4:30 p.m., sit back and relax in your luxury bus coach as we start on our tour of lights around Union Square, where you’ll behold the holiday displays at various shops. Everything will be beautifully lit up as San Francisco is transformed into a winter wonderland.
We hope you’ve worked up an appetite…
At 5:30 p.m., our holiday tour bus departs for the Pier 39 restaurant for a scrumptious dinner.
But beware, it may be difficult to select among the following choices:
- Clam Chowder or Caesar Salad
- Sourdough bread
- Grilled Salmon/Mashed Potatoes/Seasonal Vegetables - or -
Roasted Chicken Breast/Mashed Potatoes/Seasonal Vegetables - or -
Grilled Prawns/ Mashed Potatoes/Seasonal Vegetables
- Veggie Pasta
- Pumpkin Bread Pudding
- Coffee or Hot Tea
All-inclusive per person dinner price: $25.00
(We will ask for your meal choice decisions one week before your holiday lights tour.)
…and be sure to save room for free chocolate, because following dinner we depart for Ghirardelli Square, where you’ll take in the brick-terraced courtyard of shops, get treated to free chocolate and be tempted to dip into the Mermaid Fountain in the Square.
Our final stops will draw “oohs and ahs.”
At 8:00 p.m., we go by San Francisco’s Civic Center, City Hall, Opera House and Symphony Hall—all lit up for the season. Then it’s on to South San Francisco with its charming Christmas lights and last, but not least, the famous Chestnut Street houses, where every home gets in the spirit of this charming neighborhood.
