At Quality Assurance Travel we have added GPS tracking devices on our buses. Simply request a user name and password from your Sales Executive, download our APP from ITunes or Android, enter the provided credentials and you will have instant access to view your bus location.

We have more than simple GPS boxes on our buses, we have a sophisticated online platform that is fully customizable to give our Customer the type of service and peace of mind other bus companies do not provide. Our platform allows to setup groups with unique log in credential for each particular Customer, it also allows us to setup your complete itinerary so that you receive a text or email message upon execution of each pickup/drop off location. It will go as far as alerting you when the driver leaves the yard. How awesome is that! There is no need to call to find out where your bus is, you will have that information in Real Time.

School Field Trips

This service is perfect if your child is on our Charter Bus hired by a School District, know where your child is every minute on the road. (Please note that the School has to request the log in credentials ahead of time so that a tracking group is setup for the field trip.)

If you have chartered our company for a convention event and have chartered multiple buses, you can now track every bus that has been assigned to your reservation, you could view when the buses have left the yard, when they arrived and where they staged. Track every minute of your event.
