Our maintenance program never stops…

To ensure our already outstanding safety record, we maintain our bus fleet in top operating condition by performing a rigorous preventative maintenance program:

• Our own mechanics make sure our coaches are in perfect shape before they ever leave our garage.
• Then our safety director inspects each and every vehicle to make sure nothing was missed.
• Our buses also are cleaned daily to make sure our passengers have the best ride possible.

…and neither does our training.

Our bus drivers are required to complete extensive driver training courses and are subject to random drug and alcohol testing and periodic safety reviews.

In addition to emergency training, our bus drivers receive comprehensive training relating to the Americans With Disabilities Act, and the majority of our charter buses have wheelchair lifts. Quality Assurance Travel bus charter drivers know their routes—and know how to find alternative routes when needed due to heavy traffic or road construction.

Plus, our bus drivers are regularly trained to:

• Pre-inspect their motorcoaches
• Handle various, unpredictable road conditions
• Practice accident prevention techniques
• Safely board and unload passengers
